
Boxfit - A 1 hour high-intensity interval session combining Boxing, Cardiovascular Conditioning and Progressive Strength Training. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will not only torch calories, blast body fat and build lean muscle, but help you manage your stress levels as you punch away at the heavy bags and focus pads.
What you can expect during a class:
Mobility & Warm Up (10 mins)
10 mins is dedicated to thorough warm up exercises and mobility to encourage blood flow to major muscle groups and joints.Boxing (20 minutes)
This class will teach you boxing fundamentals of skipping, offensive and defensive techniques while working the heavy bags and focus pads.WOD (Workout Of The Day)
The session is followed by a 15-20 minute workout that includes a strength portion that focuses on compound lifts to develop functional strength as well as circuits, AMRAPs & EMOMs for cardiovascular conditioning.Cool Down and Stretches (10 minutes)
10 mins is dedicated at the end of each session for a cool down to release lactic acid build up in the muscles and help the body recover.
