Recommended for the intermediate to advanced gym goers and athletes with some knowledge and background in strength training and/or weightlifting. The Functional Strength program runs on an 8 week progressive strength cycle with 2 weeks of deloading.

  • What you will need for a Functional Strength session: Canvas/ Trainers, a towel & water. Straps, Grips & Belts are optional but always a good idea.
